I watched Special Ops 1.5 a couple of weeks back. It was a well shot thriller with some amazing dialogues. One in particular stood out and I had to share it. In fact, I have written it down as a lesson for anyone who wants to improve and become a world class professional.
In the web series, one of the interviewers tells the other interviewer (role played by) Parmeet Sethi, “My professor once told me a very important lesson. I have never forgotten it. He said, ‘The less competent should not judge the more competent ones.’”
Isn’t it powerful?
Reflect on this one. The less competent should not judge the more competent ones.
We see this at play everywhere.
In every profession. In every walk of life.
Understanding and Implementing this lesson will be extremely valuable for all of us.
