While I can write an entire longish essay on this subject, the objective of this Nano is to get you to think about a few expensive things in your business.
I asked some questions to some senior distributors in the industry. They found the questions very helpful as they had never calculated these costs. They have never looked at investments in their firm through the lens of these costs. I am reproducing three of these questions below. I know you will find them useful too.
1. What is the cost of not meeting the right prospects?
2. What is the cost of not closing the right prospect in the first meeting?
3. What is the cost of not getting 100% wallet share from your customers?
Do you have an answer to these questions?
I would love to know your answers to these questions.
