CFTC is an acronym that I have devised as they are foundational to our business and profession.
- Care – How do you take Care of your clients?
- Feel – How do you make your prospects and clients Feel
- Truth – What are the fundamental truths that you share with your prospects and clients? Remember we are in the Truth and not the Convincing Business.
- Conversation – How do you make them Think? Do you ask great questions? Do you help them discover something insightful that they were not aware of? Do you challenge them sometimes when required?
Most importantly, how are their financial lives better because of the conversations with you?
Reflect on CFTC in the context of your practice/business.
