Just imagine you are on a flight that hits some extremely rough weather. If your pilot does not communicate with you, how would you feel… Of course, you can’t jump out of the flight but how would you feel?
Your clients might be feeling the same in today’s environment.
They need you more than at any point of time. Like I have mentioned before, this is the time to play a leadership role in their lives.

- Clients are not going to have confidence in you and your plan.
- You can (rather you will) lose them as a client.
- The key source of growth is referrals: you will not get any referrals.
