World class businesses are built on the foundational pillar of these 4 things.
Can you guess what these are?
I have coined an acronym (for you to remember) – ACED
• Actions (the quality of execution as well as the speed of action)
• Change (the ability of people to adapt to change quickly)
• Excellence
• Decisions (the ability to make prompt decisions even in the face of incomplete and imperfect available information)
So why am I telling you this?
Because if you wish to build a world class business, you need to ask yourself the following questions.
a. What decisions and actions have I taken lately?
b. What have I changed about the business in the last few years? What do I change on an annual basis?
c. How am I committed to excellence?
Writing the answers to these questions is a powerful exercise in itself.
This is yet another guarantee I am willing to give.
P.S. We are excited to be the Growth Partner for Network FP’s IPFP Summit scheduled on 19th January 2023. We have something very special for you at stall no. 32 at the summit venue. Don’t miss this one! We look forward to seeing you there.
